I am giving a Claude Code talk at Capital Factory and developing a longer talk called The Wild Economics of the SaaSpocalypse. I want more rooms full of operators asking hard questions about what the new software economics mean.
Keeping small experiments alive
I still build side projects. Goings-On, Between Us, MillworkShield, and Overflow are useful places to test what one person can maintain with a small collection of agents.
Living in Austin
Victoria and I are putting more energy into our neighborhood, small gatherings, and the strange mix of code, food, fabrication, and people that keeps showing up around our house.
