This page explains what a host would be agreeing to. It is not an invitation and is not ready to send.
The format
A working session, not a presentation.
Participants prepare only vendor, annual cost, paid seats, and renewal month. Company name is optional. They explain the workflow in the room; no contract text appears on screen.
Sam opens with a prepared software-replacement example, then the room works three twelve-minute cases. The method tests actual use, operating dependence, switching effort, commercial leverage, and whether ownership deserves investigation.
The exchange
The host makes the room possible.
Host provides
- 01A private 60-minute room
- 02A screen everyone can see
- 03Four to eight executives or operators
- 04Three completed four-line intakes
- 05One organizer who confirms the cases
- 06A room with no recording active
Sam provides
Room boundaries
Bring the decision. Keep the contract.
The useful discussion comes from operating facts. If a case depends on information the room cannot safely discuss, the missing fact is marked and the room moves on.
The first pilot stays private and off camera
Savings, outcomes, legal interpretation, or financial advice
Marked worksheets or case documents
What leaves the room
A decision that can survive the next meeting.
- 01
A working answer: keep, renegotiate, replace, or investigate owning
- 02
A marked scorecard that exposes the knowns and unknowns
- 03
One next action, one owner, and one date
- 04
A negotiation planning template when renegotiation is the plausible move
Host readiness
Five honest yeses.
This check stays in the open tab. It is not stored, submitted, or attached to an invitation.
The contract stays home. The decision gets the room.
Still waiting on Sam
The format is built. The offer is not approved.
The working title, first-room fee, any future intake-storage promise, the first host, and the invitation language remain open decisions. This brief does not fill them in by assumption.
